Security HQ

Si Consult had built a very strong team of cyber security experts and consultants and a range of cyber security services, and they had a growing reputation based on innovation and customer service. The challenge was how to turn to this into a business that could grow and scale and create the results the teams efforts deserved.


We worked with Feras and his team to start the journey and we created a new business model. We developed a new brand Security HQ and the strategies and systems we needed to put into action. Profitability, cash generation and sales have all grown substantially and we are now working together on an accelerated business.

Drain Surgeons

Drain Surgeons UK Limited were a very fast growing business who hit growth hurdles after 3 years of being in business. We reviewed the business with Dean and built a plan that had a 250% growth target over 3 years.


We worked with Dean and the team and put in new finance facilities, reviewed pricing policies and charging structures, looked at fleet productivity as well as developing project processes for the groundworks team.


The company beat its three-year plan target and is now looking forward to the next phase of growth.

Migrate UK

Migrate UK are a very well-established and successful immigration practice. Managing Director, Jonathan Beech was looking for a new plan to take the business forward and wanted an independent review of the business potential.


We reviewed the business with Jonathan and through our Business Navigator process identified the business's key strengths to build on, and market opportunities, and looked very closely at business productivity.


The company has seen continued growth with improved sales, margins and profitability, expanding the team with new recruits joining the business in September 2022.


Pack Shack

We met with Corten Logistics, who had significant online logistics and marketing expertise.


The Corten team worked with us through the Business Navigator process and Packshack was born! This process consists of a series of workshops to develop the business model and define the value proposition for potential clients.


The business has evolved very quickly and has developed bespoke technology to manage the whole process for clients from onboarding to fulfilment.
